This is another one of our unique events here at PCC. We will be having a 4 course dinner prepared by Chef Mark that will be paired with some delectable brews from Hop Valley. Course 1: Beer infused BBQ riblets with brocolini
Course 2: Beer Infused Raspberry Lemon Vinagrette Salad
Course 3: Petite Filet accompanied by A drizzeled shrimp skewar,
corn on the cob and roasted brussel sprouts
Course 4: Chocolate Stout Cake
All of these courses will be paired. As always this event is open to the public.
$45.00 per person and includes all the beer and food.
