Don’t miss out on getting signed up to accompany PCC golf professionals to CWCPGA pro-am events. Each Monday, Tyler takes a team of four to visit local courses and compete against fellow professional-amateur teams. Courses on the schedule this year include Meadow Springs CC, Wine Valley GC, Walla Walla CC, Moses Pointe GC, Gamble Sands GC, and Yakima CC. This is a great value to PCC members. Pro-am entries are $75 each and include golf, cart, range, and games. The raffle works quite simple. Each person who is present gets their name in the hat. When your name is drawn, you may pick the pro-am of your choice and sign up your team. No player may sign up for more than seven pro-am’s total.
Make plans to play in this fun 4-person team event. Round 1 features a 2 best-ball format while round 2 features a 4-person scramble format. Member Entry is $80, Guest Entry is $130 (both include hosted lunch following golf each day). All proceeds from this event go to fund our local Pendleton High School Golf Teams. The event features an awesome raffle and auction after golf on Sunday so make sure to bring some mula!!!

Thanks to everyone who participated in our annual Patriot Best Ball tournament. We had 40 players take part, many of which were veterans. Congratulations to the team of Gary Dillavou, Ed Pugh, Howard Headley, Matt Corley, and Jerry Dillavou who won the overall. In one day, PCC raised over $1700 for the folds of honor foundation, which is an organization that provides scholarships to families of US soldiers who have been wounded or killed in the line of duty. #SUPPORTOURLOCALHEROS
Get a partner and get signed up for this great annual event. The format is two-person best ball both days but with a great twist. On day one, golfers play the normal PCC course but may only use three clubs and their putter. On day two, golfers may use their entire bag but each hole is transformed into a par-3. It is a great way to have fun and test your shotmaking and imagination at the same time. Member entry is $60 and Guest entry is $90. Both include lunch each day following golf. Two-Person teams compete in a 36-hole two day best-ball format. Entry is $200 per team and includes tee prize, practice round, and hosted lunch following golf both days. Teams from all over the northwest travel to Pendleton to compete in this premier event. Entry deadline is September 19th. A portion of proceeds will benefit “New Beginnings”, a local cancer effort. Two-person teams will play two formats in this great event. One nine will be a scramble format and the other will be a chapman format. There is a MINIMUM handicap difference of 8 strokes (players must be at least 8 strokes difference in handicap). Entry is $50 for members and $60 for non-members. A portion of entries will go directly to the Folds of Honor Foundation, which raises money for families of United States veterans of war who have been wounded or killed in the line of duty.
