Brewmasters Dinner, Friday June 16th (6pm Cocktails – 7pm Dinner)
This is another one of our unique events here at PCC. We will be having a 4 course dinner prepared by Chef Mark that will be paired with some delectable brews from Hop Valley. Course 1: Beer infused BBQ riblets with brocolini
Course 2: Beer Infused Raspberry Lemon Vinagrette Salad
Course 3: Petite Filet accompanied by A drizzeled shrimp skewer,
corn on the cob and roasted brussel sprouts
Course 4: Chocolate Stout Cake
All of these courses will be paired with a wonderful Hop Valley craft beer. As always this event is open to the public.

PCC’s Newly Remodeled Pheasant Lounge
Wedding receptions, retirement parties, dances, business meetings, or gatherings of any kind will find comfortable accommodations in our spacious dining room. On the 2nd Tuesday in months October, November, December, January, February, March, April, and May PCC holds monthly member potluck dinners. PCC provides the main dish while members bring a salad, side dish, or dessert. These are funded by a once-per-year assessment, so members pay nothing on the day of each event.
